The line up for the 2008-09 season has been confirmed, both Kings Langley and Crawley Green have been promoted to Division One but we have no fewer than 5 teams entering Division Two, these being Bletchley Town, Buck FC, Hadley, MK Wanderers and Wodson Park. Here is the full line up: AFC Dunstable Aston Clinton Bletchley Town Bucks FC Caddington Hadley Kent Athletic Markyate MK Wanderers Mursley United Old Bradwell United Padbury United Pitstone & Ivinghoe Risborough Rangers The 61 FC (Luton) Totternhoe Tring Corinthians Wodson Park Bletchley Town and MK Wanderers both come from North Bucks and District League Division and played in Division One last season, which is the “third tier” of the League. Unfortunately the NB&DL website hasn’t an up to date table so I don’t know where either team finished, here is the latest table available Hadley had a very impressive season and finished as champions of the West Herts Premier League, with their second team taking the WHL Division 2 title and their 3rds the Division 3 title they are not only successful but also look to have strength in depth. Wodson Park finished runners up to Baldock Town in the Herts Senior County Division One, both teams were by far the best teams in the league and left the rest of the division in their wake with Baldock taking the title by just 4 points. Bucks FC, played as BCUC in the Wycombe & District League Division One last season and won the title. They only played 14 league matches but had an incredible record of 13 wins and a draw and hit double figures on no less than 3 occasions!
